Asymmetric Polarization — Conservatives of all stripes, from individualist to evangelical, have collectively lost their minds and are living in a parallel universe of fear and hatred of the Other, personified now by a Black President with a Muslim Name. Hippie Feminist Liberals are supposedly ruining America and the World, necessitating authoritarian and/or fascist solutions that involve assassination or at least the cowardly calls for assassination, seemingly without care or concern, though perhaps based on ignorance. Even still, there is no excuse for calling for the assassination of any public figure in a relatively democratic / republican society, not even politicians that you disagree with, whether Liberal or Conservative…
